For supporting the Commission for monitorization of the implementation of measures provided by the Strategy for the reform of judiciary, in the base of Government Decision no. 232/2005, a technical working group was established. This group is composed of representatives of Superior Council of Magistracy, Ministry of Justice, National Institute of Magistracy, National School of Clerks, other judicial professions and of Ministry of Public Finances. At the meetings of the working groups foreign experts are invited.

Before the meeting of the Commission for monitorization, the technical group prepares a trimestrial report regarding the fulfillment of the objectives provided by the Strategy according to the terms in the Action Plan and transmits it to the members of the Commission with at least 5 days before the session.
